Free Telework and Flex-schedule Training for Managers
Learn how to develop an effective telework or flexible scheduling program for your business by attending a free workshop sponsored by King County Metro’s WorkSmart program. WorkSmart offers assistance in developing workplace strategies to help employees cope with commuting challenges and toll expenses. WorkSmart is offering two workshops with the same content to accommodate businesses located on both sides of Lake Washington. The workshop is free, but you must pre-register. Upcoming SR 520 Closure February 24-27
Both directions of SR-520 will be closed between Montlake Boulevard in Seattle and I-405 in Bellevue from 11 p.m. Friday, Feb. 24, to 5 a.m. Monday, Feb. 27. Crews will be setting girders at 92nd Avenue Northeast and Evergreen Point Road. Learn more at www.wsdot.wa.gov.

The Downtown Bellevue Commute Club is an online commute calendaring program that provides rewards and travel assistance to any downtown Bellevue resident or employee. Participants can earn a $50 gift card after logging 25 days (round trips) of trying a commute by bus, carpool, vanpool, bike or walking (anything but driving alone) to and from work.
