Welcome to the Bellevue Downtown Association’s
Members Only section. Here you will find valuable information we
have gathered about Downtown Bellevue. We hope you will find the
following data and links useful and an added value to your membership.
When you log in, you will find these resources:

Downtown Developments – A comprehensive listing
of development activity in Downtown Bellevue, including projects
under construction, in the permit process or planned. This section
includes aerial photos, site photos, zoning information, plans/sketches
if available, project descriptions, estimated costs if available,
uses and site addresses, as well as links to developers and
architects for further information.

Market Reports – A compilation of market research
reports, updated quarterly, prepared by member real estate firms.

Downtown Data – This section contains demographic
data from the 2000 Census, parking data, planning documents,
and an overview of the 2005 Bellevue Economic Profile.
- Land Use Forum Meeting Summaries - Includes summaries
and agendas from December 2004 until present.
- Membership Directory - Allows members access to our member contacts
database. It lists email addresses, phone numbers, fax numbers, and company information.
- Membership Calendar - A calendar for our members which
includes the dates of our membership meetings, the BDA board meetings,
the Executive Committee, the Land Use Forum, the Transportation
Committee, and all of the public events hosted by the BDA throughout
the year.
We will continue to expand and enhance the information available
to our members through this Members Only section. Suggestions for
