Microsoft, Expedia, Eddie Bauer, Puget Sound Energy, Symetra Financial, PACCAR and InfoSpace are among leading companies that either have their headquarters or a majority presence in Downtown Bellevue.

Yahoo! recently announced its expansion in the Northwest. To make this move, Yahoo! will lease 120,000 square-feet of space in Downtown Bellevue that was previously occupied by Nortel Networks. Three floors are being converted for Yahoo! in the One Twelfth@Twelfth building located at 112th Avenue NE and NE 12th Street.

This move will bring up to 600 Yahoo! employees to Downtown Bellevue and add to an already impressive list of companies calling Downtown Bellevue home.

Downtown Bellevue Expansion Fast Facts:
• Eddie Bauer and Microsoft recently moved more than 1,800 employees to Downtown Bellevue’s Lincoln Square.
• The next large move happens late next year when Expedia will transition 1,700 employees from Eastgate to the Tower333 building.
• In 2009, an additional 2,300 Microsoft employees will move downtown to occupy 740,000 square feet of space at The Bravern complex.
