Lincoln Square
Transforms Downtown Bellevue’s Skyline

Five thousand linear feet of glass. Three hundred and ten thousand square feet of retail space. Two thousand estimated employees. Lincoln Square is open for business!

In early November, Downtown Bellevue welcomed the much-anticipated, mixed use two tower project to the neighborhood. Now the highest building in the city topping off at 42 floors, Lincoln Square offers an appealing blend of stores, restaurants, entertainment, hotel suites, office space and luxury condominium homes.

A 65 foot tall indoor waterfall serves as a memorable focal point for the shopping atrium which includes The Container Store, Thomasville Home Furnishings, Paper Source and Vino 100 – a unique concept in wine shops. In addition, as part of the ever-growing Restaurant District, the Square features a number of restaurants not available anywhere else in the region, including Maggiano’s Little Italy, Manzana Rotisserie Grill, and Trader Vic’s as well as local favorite, McCormick & Schmick’s Seafood. Inventive entertainment options include a 16-screen luxury cinema and an upscale billiards club and full service bar. In addition, shoppers can expand their shopping experience by crossing the convenient sky bridge to Bellevue Square, giving them access to an additional 200 shops and restaurants.

Come explore the region’s newest destination spot for yourself – retail parking is free and the experience is priceless!
