Avalon Towers Bellevue

Avalon Towers Bellevue is the next high-rise development to open its doors in Downtown Bellevue. This project, consisting of two contemporary towers of 23- and 14-stories, is located at the corner of NE 10th and Bellevue Way—just one block from The Bellevue Collection.

The Towers will offer studio, one and two bedroom luxury apartments and penthouses with spacious floor plans. Apartments include gourmet kitchens with stainless steel Energy Star appliances, granite counter tops, air conditioning, and washers and dryers. Many of the apartments also feature stunning views of Seattle and Lake Washington.

Resident amenities include a rooftop fitness center with a cardio theater, resident clubroom on the top floor of the west tower, an outdoor courtyard with cucina, fireplaces and covered seating area, and concierge service.

Avalon Towers Bellevue is committed to sustainability and green living. Designed by regional architecture firm Ankrom Moisan, it was built in a manner to reduce energy and water consumption to limit its impact on the local environment.

The community is in the process of pursuing LEED certification, an independent third-party verification that a property is environmentally responsible and a healthy place to live and work.
