EVENTS
A Fair of the Art
The Bellevue Art Museum Fair, the Northwest regions largest and most prestigious art fair returns to Bellevue, July 25-27, 2003. The event, presented by U.S. Bank and hosted by Bellevue Square, is BAMs most important fundraiser.
The Fair is truly a community event, involving more than 300 volunteers who donate more than 7,000 hours of their time annually. Many loyal volunteers have been involved for more than 30 years. This year, more than 1,000 artists from across the United States and Canada submitted applications for the 325 available booth spaces.
The Fair is host to an artist demonstration stage, a live performance stage, award winning exhibits and 325 of the most talented Northwest, national and international artists. While supporting BAM, the Fair provides vital encounters between artists and the community through this annual arts festival. The Fair celebrates excellence, innovation and participation in the arts and promotes regional and national art and artists. The Fair encourages awareness, appreciation and ownership of art.
