Downtown Bellevue's dynamic growth and future as a major regional hub made it a centerpiece for investment in Sound Transit 2, the plan approved by the region’s voters in 2008 to expand light rail, commuter rail and express bus service.

As ST2 turns two and our city navigates critical light rail routing decisions, Joni Earl will cover the state of the agency, discuss plans and projects underway, and share her perspective from working with leaders and communities throughout the region.
